Fall is a beautiful time at Lake James, and we want to share it with you! We've planned a wonderful weekend Oct. 11 and 12 for discovering life on Lake James. More than 15 homes will be open for touring on Saturday and Sunday, including those built by Higgins Building Group, Inc.; Kenneth Bealer Homes at Lake James, Inc.; Cook Builders, Inc.; Mountain Home Solutions™; Soulmark Vacation Homes; and Briarwood Construction, Inc.
And, tour-goers will be among the first to visit our new homesite releases at Lake James: Rafter's Roost in Old Wildlife Club, Obeth Road at 1780 and Hopskip.
While you're in the neighborhood, be sure to stop by Lot 80 in Hully Gully to check out our first rental cabin on Lake James. We'll be accepting reservations, so take this opportunity to book this cozy cabin for a relaxing weekend with your family.
