A collection of homesites along one of the lake's many peninsulas, the Firestone lots at 1780 were once a treasured family retreat for employees of the Firestone Company. In the early part of the 1900s, employees would gather on Lake James for lazy summer days spent explore the lake and enjoying time with family and friends.
Camp Firestone hasn't been used since the 1960s, but now the 11 homesites, lots 168-178 in 1780, are available for you to make family memories of your own. Tucked away on a quiet cove and with easy access to community trails and Lake James State Park, these homesites, along with owners' membership to Camp Lake James, offer the ideal opportunity to rediscover the spirit of Camp Firestone.
