Shaker Cabin Honeysuckle Cabin

Hully Gully is an intimate enclave of homesites along the Overmountain Victory National Historic Trail. A short walk from community docks and Camp Lake James, Hully Gully was named by the former owner’s children for the land’s hills and gullies. To honor this land’s traditional use as a family retreat, we’re restoring the family’s fishing pond for residents’ use.

Owners can select from two cabin floor plans, the Honeysuckle or the Shaker, created by architect Michael McDonough, and personalize their cabin with different exterior features. The three-level floor plans total more than 1,700 square feet. Cabin owners in Hully Gully will be eligible to join a rental program managed by Camp Lake James. Hully Gully owners will enjoy the freedom of building at their own pace and selecting the builder of their choice. Click here to view a map of Hully Gully.
