Sometimes it’s hard to know where to start. This is especially true if you’ve never built a cabin before. The plans below may lend a hand. Here, we’ve assembled a collection of plans large and small. They’ll give you ideas about what can be built in our communities on Lake James. In some cases, you may like the plans enough to start right away. In others, you may want to jot some notes down and take them to an architect to start designing a cabin you love on one of our available homesites.   • Camp Lake James Cabin - 2,830 square feet
  • The Honeysuckle, Shaker, Mountain Laurel, Meadow Rue and Summersweet are available throughout our communities, but are eligible for the Camp Lake James rental program when built in our Hully Gully enclave in 1780.
