Shortoff Ridge
We are proud to announce the latest collection of waterfront homesites in Old Wildlife Club. This is the first release of new homesites in a Crescent community on Lake James since the fall of 2008.

Shortoff Ridge faces 1780 across the lake and are a 5-minute boat ride or less from Camp Lake James, where owners in 1780, Old Wildlife Club and any future community developed by Crescent Resources on Lake James are automatically members. The Camp facilities include a Social Hall with a workout room, game room and canteen, pools, tennis courts, an Expedition Center and an outdoor amphitheatre. The Camp's full-time staff plans year-round activities for members of all ages.
