With 1,116 square feet, two bedrooms and a spacious covered patio, the Summersweet makes for cozy and rustic getaway. You can build this intimate cabin and stop … or use it as the first step in a larger mountain retreat down the road by expanding the structure or connecting it to an additional structure.* The Summersweet is available for use on most of the homesites in 1780 and Old Wildlife Club, but is one of only five plans allowed in the Hully Gully enclave along the Overmountain Victory National Historic Trail.
