Special enclaves such as Hully Gully and the Camp Lake James cabin lots are exceptions. These plans range from a 450-square-foot cottage to a 3,500-square-foot retreat. You can start small now and expand later, or create a structure to accommodate your family and guests from day one. You can select one of the plans below and work with the architect, or use these as springboard ideas to help you envision your ideal Lake James getaway. And, you can select the builder of your choice.
