The main building includes a 20,000 square foot building with large bay that includes a 14'' x 14'' door on both ends with a 24'' foot ceiling and setup for an overhead crane. The floor is reinforced to hold the crane and most machinery a prospering business would want. The rest of the building includes ceiling heights ranging from 14-16 feet tall all insulated and it does include a built in paint room that is 20x20 and a small sandblasting room with equipment in place.
